Compare up to four engines side-by-side with clear spec tables, radar charts, and bar graphs so you can weigh horsepower, torque, and other key metrics.

03

My Engine

Set up your own powerplant profile, log maintenance, and get an educational lifespan forecast based on driving style, climate, and service history.

04

Stage Lab

Explore stage tuning guides with interactive simulation tools — understand boost, fuel, and cooling trade-offs in a clear educational workspace.

05

Learn

Learn as you go with in-depth articles, quizzes, and a technical glossary. Build knowledge from oil viscosity to locomotive prime movers.

06

Live Activities

Track service countdowns with Live Activities on the Lock Screen. Optional maintenance reminders help you stay on schedule.

Built for people who want to know their powerplant.

Enginuity is an independent educational reference for iPhone and iPad. We built it for enthusiasts, students, and curious drivers who want one steady place for engine specs, comparison, care tracking, and learning — without accounts or clutter.

Specs, articles, and quizzes work offline. Engine images load from Wikipedia with attribution when you are online. All of your favorites, profiles, and maintenance logs stay on your device.

Educational content only. Not professional mechanical advice — always consult a qualified technician for real-world service and modifications. Enginuity is not affiliated with any engine manufacturer, vehicle brand, or Wikipedia.

Your workshop records stay on your device.

This Privacy Policy describes how Enginuity: Engine Specs (the “Application”) handles information when you use our educational engine reference app. The Application is provided by Anna Valevska (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Information We Collect

Enginuity does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location inside the app. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Privacy Nutrition Label: Data Not Collected.

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

  • Favorites and recently viewed engines
  • Compare selections
  • Your powerplant profile and maintenance log entries
  • Article progress and completed articles
  • Onboarding and tab preferences
  • Cached Wikipedia thumbnail images
  • Maintenance reminder and Live Activity preferences you enable

Third-Party Content Services

To show representative engine images, the app may request public thumbnails from the Wikipedia REST API when you are online. Requests include a descriptive app user-agent. We do not transmit your personal profile, favorites, or maintenance logs to Wikipedia. Specs, articles, and quizzes work offline without network access.

How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to profile, share, or sell. All app features — Garage, Bench, My Engine, Stage Lab, and Learn — operate using data stored on your device.

Data Storage & Retention

All of your content remains in the app’s private storage on your device. There is no cloud sync and no remote backup operated by us. Deleting the app permanently removes associated local data from your device.

Notifications & Live Activities

If you enable maintenance reminders or Live Activities, those features use Apple’s system frameworks on your device. We do not receive the content of your Lock Screen or notification data on our servers.

Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted to us, the app aligns with COPPA and similar standards for local-only apps.

Your Control

You can edit or delete your local data at any time through the app — remove favorites, clear maintenance entries, reset onboarding, or uninstall the Application to remove all stored content from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. The core commitment — local storage, no accounts, no sale of personal data — will not change without clear notice.
